A new Mi Cocina restaurant opened today, Monday, May 2nd in the Grandscape Development in The Colony, Texas on the Sam Rayburn Tollway between Plano Parkway/Paige Road and Spring Creek Parkway.
It was an honor to have David Terre, Mayor Pro Tem of the City of The Colony, and The Colony Chamber of Commerce with us this evening for our ribbon cutting ceremony.
M Crowd Restaurant Group CEO, Rob Viveros, said a few words about the new restaurant. “We are so excited we were able to employ over 100 employees here locally. This is a very unique Mi Cocina. None of them are the same and this one was especially designed just for The Colony and this area. We spent a lot of time and money on artwork and design for you – this is your neighborhood. And we just want to say thank you.”
